An artificial ground is created. And this ground is pretended to replace the healthcare industry taking the advantage of being self sufficient as regards the energetic point of view, together with the fact of being one hundred percent of public use. This new piece of land cleanses the city rivers and rebuilds the surrounding ecosystems using the biological processes that are owned by the Amazonian wetlands.
