MOST IMPORTANTLY, IT IS LOCATED ON GROUND LEVEL 1096, ALLOWING THE HOTEL BUILDING TO DOMINATE ITS ENTIRE SURROUNDINGS ; THE INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS CENTER IS LOATED LESS THAN 6 METERS BELOW IT ON THE GROUND FLOOR. THE STRATEGY CONSISTS OF GIVING THE VISITOR A GRAND PLATFORM THAT PERMITS SPECTACULAR VIEWS OF THE CITY.

UPON ENTERING THE LOBBY, THE SPECTATOR HAS A BACKDROP THE IMPOSING IMAGE OF MOUNT ARARAT. THE PROPOSAL INCLUDES A VAST REFLECTING POOL THAT SURROUNDS THE ENTIRE HOTEL IN ORDER TO EXALT THE BUILDING´S VISUAL BEAUTY AS WELL AS ITS PERCEPTIVE POSSIBILITIES WITH REGARD TO MULTIPLE VIEWS OF THE CITY.

ONE REACHES THE INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS CENTER THROUGH A PAIR OF GLASSE ESCALATORS. ON THE BOTTOM LEVEL, OTHER SERVICES SUCH AS A RESTAURANT, CAFE, BALL ROOM, AND HEALTH AND FITNESS CENTER ARE LOCATED; THE ALREADY EXISTING FOUR-LEVEL BUILDING ON THE SOUTHEASTERN SIDE OF THE LOT WILL HOUSE THE HOTEL OFFICES, EMPLOYEE´S AREA, WASHROOM, MAINTENANCE ROOM, AND A LOADING AREA, ALL OF WHICH IS CONNECTED TO THE REST OF THE HOTEL THROUGH AN ADEQUATE SERVICE CORRIDOR.

THE RESIDENTIAL COMPLEX IS LOCATED TO THE NORTH EAST AND CONSISTS OF TWO TWELVE-STOY BUILDINGS WITHA PENTHOUSE ON EACH.

THE MOST SPECTACULAR VIEW IS FROM TERYAN STREET. THE REFLECTING POOL FLOWS THROUGH A RETAINING WALL FOUND IN THE SOUTH AND WESTERN PART OF THE COMPLEX TOWARD TERYAN AND ABOUYAN STREETS, CREATING A STRONG AND UNIQUE URBAN EFFECT. THIS CREATES AN ICONIC STRUCTURE THROUGH THE PLAY BETWEEN LIGHT AND WATER.
