Integration of recreation, cultural aspects, environmental aspects, functional facilities and services in synergistic three-dimensional artistic statements. The landmark is a watch-tower, including a cafeteria and restaurant. The tower also acts structurally as a mast, supporting a net tent, an aviary, with a corresponding natural landscape, that people can enjoy walking through while watching various birds. Multi-storey parking garages also accommodate shopping, cafeterias and handicraft exhibitions on the periphery overlooking views, in addition to roof gardens. Diversity of activities takes into consideration various income levels, age categories, and maximum possible choices. It also demonstrates an attempt to relate to the local culture, tent, birds, handicrafts, and indigenous plants and landscape elements, avoiding cliches.
