Project is located in the center of the Kayseri, as a five star hotel located in the direction of view representing city , mountains and sky . The majority of bedrooms are directed by taking to consideration the view of The Mountan Erciyes. Kayseri is famous as a business city so the project tried to make a relax pause for the guests after work pressure . Outdoor terrace restaurant planned at 18th floor open the ambient toward nature in heart of rush of daily life.
The project is representing Kayseri as it is covered by low raised houses and mountains; the concept is started from a base building respecting the color and proportion of the city then raise as a building regarding the ambiance of the mountains around the city , then the building will be faded in the sky. The design concept consider the architectural face of the city more than other factors since it has raised from a low-raised city with historical monuments which is one of the most important business city in Turkey.
