Kayson's executive staff work in the Iran-Mal project. A complex with management and meeting rooms, technical office, finance and administration, project control, quality control, safety, executive, and clinic are the most important demands of the employer.
Part of the parking lot under construction of the Iranmal project, in the 22nd district of Tehran, is the project land. Based on the various functions and methods desired by the employer for exploitation, the uses of the complex were classified into five sections: management, technical, support, executive, and safety.
The management department has spaces such as the project manager's office, the project manager's restroom, a secretary, a meeting room, and services. The technical department of the workspace is the technical director, the head of the technical office, the staff of the technical office, the staff of contract affairs, and the quality control personnel. The support department has spaces for staff such as finance, administration, machinery, warehousing, and logistics.
The executive department is dedicated to the executive staff, supervisors, project documentation, and control personnel, and the safety department is dedicated to the supervisor and staff of the project and clinic safety department.
In addition to meeting the functional needs of the complex and each of the uses, the design pays attention to the possibility of rapid construction and prefabrication, separating the management department from other departments and creating closed and open spaces to which employees will feel a sense.
