The workplace is the administrative staff of Vima Company. Office building, the result of changing the use of a residential building, which has spaces such as dining, staff work, management, consulting work, and meetings, was one of the most important demands of the employer.
The project land with rectangular geometry with dimensions of about 10 by 21 meters and stretching south to north is located in Tehran, Saadatabad.
The spaces were organized according to their use on the floors. Management, deputy, and meeting spaces were located on the fourth and fifth floors.
The first to third floors are dedicated to employees' workspaces. The financial and logistics departments were located on the first floor due to having a client. The second floor was planned for the engineering department. On the third floor, business departments and consultants were organized.
