Commercial and office complexes for organizing business units and concentrating the administrative uses of the city. The four-story building, the first two floors of which are dedicated to commercial units and the other two floors to office units, was one of the most important demands of the employer.
The project land with a geometry close to a rectangle with an area of 1723 square meters and stretching southeast to northwest, is located in the old part of the city of Miami, one of the functions of Shahroud. A mountain called the qibla at the qibla angle of the city puts the building in a favorable position.
The project land has a significant position due to its location in the wall of the main street and its proximity to the Safavid caravanserai and the historic square and mosque of the city. Therefore, the creation of a suitable city wall, respect for the caravanserai, and the possibility of expanding the design and connecting it to the old square was considered in the design process.
The spaces were organized into four floors according to the way they were used. Its commercial units and service sections are located in the basement and ground floor, and its administrative units are located on the first and second floors.
The splitting of the building and the orderly prediction between the two parts made it possible for the street wall commercials to penetrate into the complex. In this way, urban space was created inside the building.
It is also possible to expand the design in the form of a market line and connect it to the historic square of the city. By anticipating a courtyard in between for each of the two pieces of the building and organizing the spaces around these two courtyards, it was possible to create a visual connection between the floors of each section.
