Among the vast and barren land, the project land in Tehran has an indeterminate geometry stretching from south to north.
It is a set of services, welfare, and entertainment for the general public. Having buildings with functions such as restaurant, traditional restaurant, meeting hall, reception halls, guest accommodation, private reception, meeting pavilions, management, and first aid, fast food and prayer hall according to Iranian architecture and an area with Persian garden structure is one of the most important demands of the employer.
Based on the various functions and methods desired by the employer to operate the complex, the project buildings were classified into three sections: service, welfare, and recreation. The service section includes a restaurant, traditional restaurant, prayer hall, and private reception. The welfare section includes reception halls, guest accommodation, meeting pavilions, and meeting halls. The entertainment section includes fast food and uses such as lakes and playgrounds.
In addition to meeting the functional needs of the complex and each of the uses, in the design of the site, attention was paid to the geometry, proportions, axes perpendicular to each other, physical determination of paths and paths in the walls and its beginning and end and placement of buildings in the walls. Also, space in between, perpendicular axes, and spaces commensurate with the function were predicted for most uses.
