The design intentions for Metropolitan Towers were focused on creating a stylish and luxurious lifestyle in a prime waterfront location.

Captivating Location: The towers were strategically situated in one of the city's most exclusive enclaves, offering breathtaking views of Ikoyi, Victoria Island, and the Atlantic Ocean. The aim was to take full advantage of this exceptional setting and provide residents with unparalleled vistas from every angle.

Skyline Integration: Metropolitan Towers are Lagos newest architectural icons. Sophisticated and elegant, the new Metropolitan Towers re-define urban luxury living within the city's most exclusive neighborhood. Looking at the vernacular architecture and patterns of Nigeria, the Tubali (Hausa) architectural queues were used to inform the overall massing and shape of the development. Symmetry and expressed vertical elements are abstracted from the traditional forms to create more of a sculptural design.

Resort-like Ambience: Inspired by the concept of a 5-star resort, the outdoor areas were meticulously crafted to offer a luxurious and serene experience. Surrounding the towers with tropical greenery created stunning spaces that incorporated features such as gym and yoga outdoor areas, kid's playgrounds, barbecue spaces, swimming pools, a tennis court, and a squash court.

Contemporary Sophistication: The interiors were meticulously designed to cater to discerning homeowners, combining modern comfort with exquisite aesthetics. The goal was to strike a perfect balance between contemporary sophistication, originality, and exuberance, creating a harmonious and refined living environment.

By focusing on these design intentions, Metropolitan Towers aimed to set a new benchmark for luxurious urban living in Lagos, providing residents with an unmatched lifestyle experience within a stunning architectural masterpiece.
