Rovio Villa is located in the forest area of Mazandaran province, Iran, and also has private and public residential spaces for family accommodation in the green and native climate of Mazandaran province in Iran.
With the approach of preserving the native architectural values of the Mazandaran region in form and concept, this villa is a new redefinition of materials and its application in the formation of residential shelters in that region. It tries to match the formic privacy and practical interactions of residential architecture with the nature of the region, and it expands into an ecological interaction.
The form of villa is located in the south direction and is suitable for receiving maximum daylight and at the same time, to raise its embrace for a good view of the green area of the land. Also, by installing lighting in the east, west, and south directions and roof openings, light and visibility suitable for the surrounding landscape can be received throughout the day and night. It has been tried to integrate the villa with the topography of the land, to prevent the monopolization of the landscape and the unfavorable view of the architecture with nature, and in a way to place the villa in the embrace of the land and the texture of the region. For this purpose, access to the parking lot is through a ramp to the villa, public spaces are placed on the ground floor for convenience, and private spaces are placed on the first floor through a staircase in the center of the villa.
The form of villa tries to respond to this need and to meet the climatic needs by using the concept of native architecture of the region and using sloping roofs.
