Cliff residential town is located on a land of about 19000 square meters in Turks & Caicos Island.
Turks & Caicos is one of the Grand Turk Islands, near the Bahamas, Florida and Cuba. An island with a small population, except for British colonies, which is famous for its pristine nature and beautiful beach.
The design of Cliff town is defined in the ROW BLOCK, the land has an area of about 6600 square feet (600 square meters)
and a detached house on one floor with an area of about 120 square meters is considered.
Contrary to the common situation where villas divide their land into front and back yards, according to the ratio of GBA to Permitted Area, the green space penetrated into the project and created backyards and terraces inside. The project was created in favor of creating a view and landscape.
