The spread of the Covid-19 disease in the world has affected the lifestyle of people, and there is no doubt that this disease has a great impact on the physical and mental health of people. The use of quarantine, in addition to the positive effects in controlling the corona disease, has increased social isolation and reduced people's health. Home, as an environment where people spend a lot of time, can have tremendous positive or negative effects on the health of the residents.
According to the conducted research, the findings show that indicators such as green space, terrace, access to open spaces, good view and view, ventilation, climate, noise pollution, as well as the design indicators of the porch, safety and cleanliness, affect the health of people in the era of Corona and post-Corona. It has a direct and indirect effect on the residential space.
According to the indicators obtained according to the research, the interior designer tried to pay attention to them in the design of the residential space.
The main design ideas of this project are reorganizing the space in the form of four smart components (smart architecture, smart materials and smart cleaning), environmental (sight and landscape, green space, natural light and noise pollution), physical (social distancing, color, crowding and solitude, cold and heat control and ambient air ventilation and filtration) and functional (collective spaces and open and semi-open spaces) as a solution of interior architecture in the post-corona era in residential spaces.
