A workspace that inspires the impression of a yacht
ZIKZAK Architects designed an office space for a Tech company, inspired by the exterior of the business center in which it is located. This is a world-famous building in Dubai, Opus by Ominyat. The exquisite office is already built and in the process of settling employees.

"We set out to convey the context of the building's exterior, its gloss and status in the interior. It was important that the impression of the building from the outside was not lost, but on the contrary, was further enhanced in the interior of the office. We chose the atmosphere of a luxury yacht as a reference and interpreted this mood in the implementation," says project manager Liliia Tsymbal.

The most impressive feature of the office interior is the LED screens at the entrance, which flow into the projection on the walls. This creates a wow effect for the visitor, as he directly interacts with the image. Virtual world football star greets the visitor and leads him further into the office.

Tech-office in Dubai is a fully open workspace, decorated in warm natural colors with exquisite and timeless materials.
The space is ergonomically zoned into meeting rooms, a large collaborative area, and a conference room. The office also has spacious modern lounges for informal work. Here the team can hold meetings with VIP clients and partners.

The office design emphasizes the status of the company, conveys a special modern elegant chic and attracts the attention of guests and sticks in their memory. A reference to a luxury yacht is felt through premium wood, gilded decorative details and fancy upholstered furniture in the interior. The secular cruise atmosphere is also inspired by glass elements and curved shapes, similar to the smooth waves of the sea. The space is full of pots with lush plants that recreate the feeling of an oasis near the sea coast.
