Located in one of the most exclusive residential complexes in Cancún, this apartment needed a complete renovation for the purpose of enjoying a more adequate distribution of the areas in connection with a different selection of finishes and furniture that, were defined with the needs and preferences of the users in mind, creating an atmosphere that reflects in all aspects their lifestyle.

Ubicado en uno de los residenciales más exclusivos de Cancún, este departamento necesitaba una
reforma de todas las áreas con la finalidad de disfrutar de una distribución más adecuada de las áreas en conexión con una diferente selección de acabados y mobiliario que, se definieron con las necesidades y preferencias del usuario en mente, logrando un ambiente que refleja en todos los aspectos su estilo de vida.

All the spaces benefited with a better use of the natural light and the correct lighting design, the combination of both managed to emphasize the extent of the spaces to conform a harmonic and welcoming interior ambiance. The renovation process was also used to make mayor improvements in the electric and water/sanitary installations ensuring the life utility of the apartment for several more years.

Todos los espacios se vieron beneficiados con un mejor aprovechamiento de la luz natural y un correcto diseño de iluminación, la mezcla de ambos consiguió enfatizar la amplitud de los espacios para conformar un ambiente interior armónico y acogedor. Se aprovechó el proceso de renovación para hacer mejoras sustanciales en las instalaciones eléctricas e hidrosanitarias garantizando la vida útil del departamento por muchos años más.

The finishes selection was made extensive to all the elements in each of the rooms, having special care in the options of the materials for the floors, furniture and custom made woodwork, attaining besides keeping a uniform atmosphere, amaze with the details in the dressing rooms as well as the TV and kitchen furniture.

La selección de acabados fue extensiva a todos los elementos que conforman cada una de las áreas, teniendo especial cuidado en las opciones de los recubrimientos para los pisos, el mobiliario y las carpinterías especiales, logrando además de mantener una atmósfera homogénea, sorprender con los detalles de los vestidores, mueble para la televisión y cocina.

Light colors and natural materials play a very important role in all the spaces standing out the marble of the floors and the textures of the oak wood that complete the harmony circle of the general concept. A story with a very satisfactory ending, where everything asked by the clients was given and nowadays enjoy their exclusive Caribbean Eden.

Colores claros y materiales naturales juegan un papel muy importante en todos los espacios destacando el mármol en los pisos y las texturas de la madera de encino que cierran el círculo de la armonía del concepto general. Una historia con un final muy satisfactorio, donde todo lo solicitado por los clientes fue concedido y actualmente disfrutan de un exclusivo edén caribeño.
