Caspian Complex

The project is located on the access highway of two cities, which has a low value due to its proximity to the railroad tracks. It has been to them. Due to the high area of this project, in addition to commercial and recreational uses, cultural sectors were also included in this project. This project includes a wide variety of uses that can easily be a suitable place for travelers to spend their leisure time. They use this access route.
Our goal is to allocate most of the green space, both in the yard and on the wall, as a green and sustainable wall to introduce local plants to the area and identify them to travelers and visitors and protect them from extinction, and another reason to show the project platform. It is located among agricultural lands.
The cultural sections include art galleries, libraries, amphitheaters and theaters, the commercial section includes hypermarkets and brand shops and handicraft shops, and the entertainment section includes international restaurants, cafes, indoor amusement parks, aquariums and gardens. Flowers are one of the facilities of this project.
In addition to the central building on the project site, space is set aside for future development to build a 5-star hotel and sports complex. Each of these buildings has separate access and different indoor and outdoor parking lots to use in any of the applications. Do not disturb.
In this project, due to its proximity to the Caspian Sea, we designed an aquarium space in which, in addition to displaying and introducing the world's aquatic creatures, special species of this sea are introduced and in addition to recreational space, a place for scientific research on this.
