Boutique Resort

A boutique hotel , that is a survey of contemporary condition of hospitality ,
spaces showcasing a range of innovative projects and diverse use of materials and unconventional forms employed in the construction .
As this project was a note to remind the user attraction and comfort for them and the site was a Contoured , using it in a positive way to provide specific rooms with heavenly views all around ! The main space connecting to each other was through the Pool view . The entrance to the resort was minimal with aesthetics but nature connected with a Green buffer wall parking area and also providing enough of space to loading and unloading of products to kitchen and working space . The meeting space were designed with such thought to keep it partially open with a beautiful view but not Creating any kind of disturbance. Three different types of rooms were designed as per space and person requirements . For a family there are "suits " , for 2-3 people canopy rooms and other type is "Encased canopy rooms .
Each suit of the mountainside resort enjoys a private entrance and views out to the surrounding nature . The suits have a huge porthole window on North side
and sunken bath inside .The artsy interior with vintage taste is blending with the taste of modesty . Providing with pool , more in extra-curricular activity , there is an Gaming area indoor and outdoor ( trampolines ) and spa and sauna bath availability too . The resort has the old essences but tastefully combines modern Design.

The material useage was minimal and to be easily available while construction . The roof system was same for all building types "sloppy" , keeping the heavy monsoon in mind .
