The client presented this challenge - How can a waterfront view begin to inform how you will live? The solution consists of 225 residences that curve and dovetail into one another in such a way as to take advantage of the water view. Occurring on two alternating levels the housing scheme allows for the city to connect with its waterfront, provides green open spaces to its residents, and democratically provides the same view to all its inhabitants.
