Description

Yachtsmen village proposal was designed as a hotel and retail accomodation for marina planned near about. The building layout refer to marina emphasizing functional connections. Proposed form allows to create low density, almost visually transparent complex in very sensitive neighbourhood which is wooded seashore. There are restaurants, shops and reception at the groundfloor level and diversified standard sleeping accomodation on upper floors.
