Simple and minimalist house. Using mostly concrete to counter termite attacks on wooden parts. Cross ventilation for cooling. Enough shading of concrete walls to maintain cool inside temperature. Polished raw concrete flooring for low cost and textural poetry. Wooden ceiling parts from recycled flooring tongue & groove boards unpainted but finished with wax for durability and natural texture.

Windows: Jalousie windows sans wooden jamb
Doors: Plywood Panel on wooden frames
Movable doors: Glass on aluminum frames ( 3 panels for maximum opening)
