Description

This project is part of the academic work undertaken by the 1964 class of MAUD
The idea was to redevelop FORT POINT CHANNEL AREA to revitalize the city’s economy and to achieve visual legibility and functional rationale . The project area includes the derelict Fort Point channel , South Station passenger rail terminal . Based on the studies undertaken by the Boston Redevelopment Authority , the requirements include a large stadium , arena , exposition buildings , convention center , motor hotel , large office spaces and transportation facilities .
The project was undertaken with Mr Frank Williams.
