Davudpasha Medrese (Ottoman Religious School), in Istanbul, which was built in the 15th Century, was almost completely ruined at the time we were commissioned for Renovation and New Function Project, by the Metropolitan Municipality of Istanbul. Measuered drawings, restitution and renovation projects were prepared. Vernacular Arts and Crafts Center was the new function assigned to the Medrese. The renovation works are planned to be completed and made ready for "Istanbul 2010 Cultural Capital of Europe".
