The competition`s object is the development of Pian di Massiano area in Perugia, the construction of the new Provincial Administration building, commercial and residential buildings.
The buildings are concentrated in three areas we called “insulae”, referring to the Etruscan and Romans “borgo”, surrounded by the huge green park.
