Kloser`s Closer, a living room in the city.
In the middle of Bregenz at the Kaiserstrasse, a piece of city was developed. Where other shopkeepers still create adequate shopwindow decorations an innovative baker master started thinking together with DornerMatt Architects over the relationship of consumption and city.
The structure of the Kaiserstrasse is a small street, a pedestrian area. Kloser`s Closer uses this fact in a positive way and extends the business premises by the use of the public area. Thus the Kaiserstrasse becomes the living room. The shop windows of the surrounding business premises become its living room walls.
