The school opens out onto the surrounding landscape – railways, bridge, former industrial sites – and a very sunlit court. All of the nursery school is situated on the ground floor while the primary school classes are on the first floor. The wide bow window makes it possible to benefit from the input of heat in winter and offers a view from inside the school towards the distance. All of the bearing structure is made of wood and the roof is provided with greenery, just some of the measures leading to a better environmental economy.
