This is a project for a hotel situated right next to the Macedonian Opera House in the centre of Skopje sharing with it an outdoor plaza. The vertical of the tower represents a new landmark being in contrast with the dominating horisontal of the surrounding. The plaza stretches over the ground floor thus integrating the public space and the building. Although accepting the deconstructivist manner of the Opera House, the crystal shape and the glass facade contrast the House`s massiveness adding more lightness into the place. The shape of the building also enables views of the landmarks of Skopje from almost all it`s spaces.
