A 120-square-meter house designed as a holiday home for Mr. Arrollo Olger, located in Tenorio National Park. The project benefits of an impressive panoramic view on the region. From there you`re able to see the Tenorio and Miravalles Volcano as for the lake Nicaragua. The climate is very rainy and humid with a short summer from February till May.

This is a all-wood project, except for the concrete tower which contains the sanitary fittings. The interior is naturally ventilated, protected from the rain and the sun by the overhanging roof. The centrality of the terrace increases the interaction between the indoor and outdoor spaces. Dimensions have been conceived keeping in mind the reduction of material loss as well as rational use of manufactured products.
