Pavilion at Swiss Expo 2002, this building was housing the `Empire of Silence` exhibition in Biel. The facade consists of a padded perforated rubber membrane wrapped in a stainless steel rainscreen. The interior spaces are separately isolated from electromagnetic signals to facilitate a pulsed exhibition experience using mobile phone messaging for explanatory content. Completed 2002.
