Description

Competition based on winning concept for Austrian Pavilion at Expo 2010 in Shanghai. The pavilion is based on a real-time composition of a piece of electronic music which is generated in real time by visitors` input and performed for 6 months, non-stop, on an electronic piano. The musical as well as architectural composition is thereby guided by the ancient Chinese I-Ging oracle, relying on six binary yes-no decision in determining the path through the exhibition.
