World Architecture Festival announces its Super Jury for 2019

The World Architecture Festival has announced its Super Jury for 2019, the selected influential architects will decide World Building of The Year, Future Project of The Year and Landscape Project of The Year at this year's World Architecture Festival Awards.
World Architecture Festival, the only annual festival running on-site jury critics, will be held in Amsterdam on 4-6 December, 2019 with a number of renowned experts, designers, architecture critics and influential architects from all around.
This year WAF invited 148 judges from 68 countries to send a live critical feedback to architects at the on-site juries. Some of the most influential names, including Francine Houben, Lesley Lokko, James Timberlake, Christina Seilern, Peter Cook, Tom de Paor, Alison Brooks, Sanjay Puri, Aaron Betsky and many more, are among the international judges at this year's festival.
For WAF 2019 Super Jury panel, Francine Houben, Ben van Berkel, Murat Tabanlıoğlu, Carin Smuts and Maria Warner Wong will be on the main stage to judge the projects competing three major categories. Further judges will be announced for WAF Super Jury panels in the coming weeks.

Ben van Berkel, Founder, Principal Architect, UNStudio, Maria Warner Wong, Design Director, WOW Architects & Warner Wong Design, Carin Smuts, Director, CS Studio Architects, Murat Tabanlıoğlu, Principal, Tabanlıoğlu Architects, Francine Houben, Founding Partner and Creative Director, Mecanoo will be judging projects for World Building of The Year category.
Richard Hassell, Co-Founding Director, WOHA, Kim Herforth Nielsen, Co-Founder & Principal, 3XN Architects will be judging projects for Future Project of The Year category.
Anuradha Mathur, Architect, Landscape Architect & Professor, University of Pennsylvania and Robert Schäfer, Landscape Architect & Journalist will be projects for Landscape of The Year category.

WAC has also announced its theme for 2019, this year's speakers, experts and architecture critics will discuss "Flow - People, Data, Nature, Power" over buildings which are conceived as static in general.
