Dezeen announces its diverse longlists for Dezeen Awards 2019

Dezeen has announced longlists for its Dezeen Awards 2019, the award program now in its second edition and identifies the world's most outstanding new architecture, interiors and design with diverse longlists of international projects, products and studios.

An art gallery built into a sand dune by Open Architecture, Europe's first underwater restaurant by Snøhetta, a bunker-like apartment by Australian design studio Killing Matt Woods, a sustainable algae micro-farm for the home by Graduate designer Hyunseok An and the world's first modular hearing aid by Leah Heiss feature on the Dezeen Awards 2019 longlists.

World Architecture Community is official media partner for this year's Dezeen Awards and will be bringing the hot topics, results and other news related to the program to its readers.

With the 2019 edition attracting more than 4,500 entries from 87 countries, the Dezeen Awards longlist offers a global perspective on the world's most oustanding new design, architecture and interiors. It also champions both emerging and established studios at the zenith of their creativity. A benchmark for international design excellence, Dezeen Awards is the ultimate accolade for architects and designers everywhere.
