At uncube they do like to set themselves challenges. Mexico City! How do you even scratch the surface of such a colossal place, let alone dig a little deeper?

Well:ask the locals – and so Uncube did.  With photographers including Livia Corona, Hector Mediavilla and Pablo López Luz, writers such as Arturo Ortiz Struck and Mario Ballesteros, and architects including Frida Escobedo, Tatiana Bilbao and Michel Rojkind – all Mexico City residents and all mad about their capricious home city – this issue builds to a portrait, warts and all, of this: “the best of cities and the worst of cities”.
