The beach promenade Durres was the beach which allowed a goal very significant and beautiful in terms of view of environmental and landscape quality, a short distance from major cities.That is, until pollution and speculation have ravaged the coast in recent years to reduce that much the importance of tourism and the economy connected. It was therefore decided the development the outline of the city by creating an axis equipped green on the beach and recovering sections of the coastline in order to achieve sufficient depth of the shoreline.It is made of a linear system with an expandable structure of urban park boundary to link the current urban situation jagged creating the backbone of a new skyline of the city and for the city. A project for the urban redevelopment, economic and environmental, which we consider a synonym in the case of the waterfront of Durres, the need to reconstitute the ‘ecology of urban growth and a new waterfront unit. To give unity to the system has been realized an axis which is raised in a path portion of laminated beams prefabricated and assembled dry wrapped perforated walls which form the preformed skin and have the purpose of making climbing plants.
