Mian Hassan Naveed is a seasoned architect and construction project manager with over 15 years of expertise in leading large-scale developments across Pakistan. With a distinctive blend of design vision, project management acumen, and leadership strength, Hassan has played a pivotal role in shaping the skylines of Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, and beyond.
Currently serving as **Head of Construction & Design** at **Millennium Land Development (Pvt.) Ltd**, Hassan oversees a diverse portfolio of over 40 projects annually across **New Lahore City**, **Zaitoon City**, and **Lifestyle Housing**. His responsibilities span the full lifecycle — from site surveys, budgeting, bidding, and contract negotiation to construction supervision, feasibility studies, financial reporting, and quality assurance. Under his leadership, the department has delivered resorts, corporate offices, food courts, restaurants, and public buildings, consistently maintaining the highest standards of design and execution.
Before stepping into this top-tier leadership role, Hassan worked as **Senior Architectural Project Manager** at **Projections Design & Co. Pvt. Ltd**, where he led the architecture and supervision of significant projects such as a 235,000 sq. ft shopping complex in Faisalabad and the DHA-Kindergarten School extension in Lahore. Earlier, with **Javedan Corporation (Pvt.) Ltd** under the **Arif Habib Group**, Hassan coordinated the design and construction of over 400 residential units, 3,000 condominiums, mixed-use towers, mosques, schools, a gymkhana club, and an international-standard cricket ground at **Naya Nazimabad** — completing 70% of the work ahead of schedule.
Hassan’s early career sharpened his skills in specialized roles, including at **Nayyar Ali Dada & Associates** and **AHR - Ali Naqvi Associates**, where he worked on landmark projects such as **Emporium Mall, Lahore**; **Elysium** and **Fortune High-Rises** in Islamabad; and a 5-star hotel in Bahria Town. He began his journey at **Gul & Thariani Chartered Architects**, focusing on pharmaceutical and industrial architecture, designing facilities for Getz Pharma, GSK, Pfizer, and others.
Academically, Hassan holds a **Master’s in Construction Engineering Management** from **NUST, Islamabad**, and a **Bachelor’s in Architecture** from **NED University of Engineering & Technology**, where he was a top-5 high achiever and two-time design studio topper. He is also a **Certified Project Management Professional (PMP)** from **PMI, USA**.
