Description

Rezwan completed his Bachelor of Architecture with a strong interest in the intersection of old and new—particularly in reviving neglected urban spaces. His thesis, titled “Abandoned to Avant-Garde: Mohini Mill Revitalized,” explored the transformation of an abandoned industrial site into a vibrant cultural and community hub. This work reflects his core design philosophy: to breathe new life into forgotten spaces while honoring their past.
