Born in 1994 in China, Yang Fei received his B. Arch. from SWJTU in 2016. He then studied at Harvard University and received his M. Arch. in 2020. He practiced in New York, Shanghai, and Beijing.
He regards each architectural piece as a carrier of spirituality, and as an opportunity to empathize with its users. He believes in the duality of works of art in general. His design works exist not only in the real material world, but also in the spiritual world, carrying inner thoughts, ideas, memories, associations, and emotions that transcend the material.
