Prior to my time as a graduate student in the Interior Architecture department at the Rhode Island School of Design, I gained extensive experience across a wide range of projects from residential, office, and corporate facilities. I particularly enjoy the process of creating space-planning and physical models and always strive to do interdisciplinary work. While studying for my Bachelor of Architecture at Seoul National University of Science and Technology, I played an integral role in the design of the Yuseong-gu Doan Complex Cultural Library, which won the Design Competition Award in Korea, in collaboration with Yulin Architect. Following my graduation, I accepted a position as a product designer at Instek Hardware in 2019. There, I gained a broad understanding of architecture by integrating diverse perspectives, methodologies, and various media. Through an internship at Elkus Manfredi Architects in the summer of 2022, I acquired knowledge of building renovation and working collaboratively in a team.
