ARTA Architects is an award-winning design studio that believes through their work in the different design disciplines of architecture, interior, art installations and social design, they continually learn from and are inspired by each field in their ongoing quest to evolve and expand their creative minds. Co-founded by Arnold Yok Fai Wong and Tat Lai Wong, ARTA draws inspiration from artistic concepts to create a fresh and unexpected design for each project that stimulates one’s thoughts, emotions, and senses.
Prior to co-founding ARTA, both co-founders have had vast experience working on award-winning architectural projects in the commercial, residential, and hospitality sectors in Hong Kong and Asia. Both co-founders also possess extensive knowledge of local building codes and regulations, contract and construction administration, as well as a holistic understanding of the opportunities and constraints of each project to ensure that all projects are realised in accordance with the design intent and in a timely manner.
ARTA’s work has been exhibited and recognised internationally and locally including the Venice Architecture Biennale (2021), Winner of HKIA Young Architect Award (2020), Winner Awards of the Development Bureau’s Victoria Harbour Word Art Competition (2020) and Harbourfront Furniture Competition (2020), and Hong Kong Young Design Talent Award (2014).
