I’m REMA BAINDUR the Principal Design Consultant who continues to drive her Creative & Dynamic team to provide cutting-edge Designs & turn-key interior solutions. I am a Qualified Visual merchandiser in Bangalore, India since 1998, from the prestigious Aberdeen College, Scotland U.K. ( HNC V M & Retail Design)
I am also a versatile Interior design graduate from RLS Institute in Bangalore, India. This academia is not commercial but personal in their Curriculum approach, established & mentored by Bangalore’s legendary architect Mr. Rathi. His faculty ensures that students become passionate Professionals, who provide State-of-the-Art designs with in-depth technical know-how & a need to re-invent their styles to produce original masterpieces every time!
I insist on a hands-on approach, use my eye for detail, & tailor-make and execute designs in Lights, furniture, false-ceiling, Doors etc, garnering a lot of confidence, recommendations from Client-to-Client, repeat Projects from same Clients, all from a reputed customer base of - CEO’s, Fashion Designers, Entrepreneurs & others.
My clients find it easy to communicate with me & therefore I try to quickly absorb all of the Clients needs & limitations. I solely handle the Conceptualisation, Design Process & development, supervisions on execution, vendor/contractor management, material selection & final handovers.
Because Quality is the key to any customers loyalty & appreciation, I execute projects best with my team of Contractors & Consultants be it Signage/ Poster specialists, Visual merchandisers, Lighting, Electrical, Home theatre, Home automation experts, Vaastu advisors etc. to ensure the very Best!

I will interpret your ideology of Style, Vaastu/ Feng Shui compliance, Child- friendly & user-friendly solutions etc so that it becomes not just a Art-form but a Liveable Paradise & your family’s or company’s pride.
This Design process will take approximately a weeks time to create a Storyboard of magic, with 3-D views, sketches & material palette for you to get a touch & feel of the final interior space. This stage is of critical importance as we help You visualise how we have interpreted your Design Brief. By Brainstorming together we fine-tune all the great ideas into reality!
( This is preferably is done face-to-face but we are flexible with online communication as well)
EVERYTHING BEAUTIFUL COMES WITH A PRICE
When you are confident with the Design Package we will move onto the commercials by providing a detailed BOQ( Bill of Quantities), which will list out all specifications of Materials, Quantities, Price, Service charge( labour), transport etc.
If we work in alliance with other vendors for expertise that does not come under our scope, their BOQ will be listed out separately.
I negotiate with the various vendors & contractors and produce the Final BOQ after negotiations.
At this stage we will formally require your Signature on the BOQ, Design Contract & the 3-D Designs and later on all Technical/Working drawings, for initiating Execution.
These Working drawings will have detailed specifications & measurements after cross-checking with dimensional discrepancies on site. This Design document is handed over to the contractor & vendors for the final execution of your Project.
DESIGN EXECUTION & SEQUENCE
Our Team is now ready & excited to start work on site . Before we start, a understanding of the Work-Time schedules as per the Community, neighbourhood or Apartment norms are clearly stated to the Team to strictly adhere to.
Following a Sequence of execution is imperative, so we start with the laying of flooring material with a couple of polishes before we plaster it for other works.
Electrical wiring for lighting, acoustics, home entertainment, IT, Telecom boosters, Home automation & lastly AC ducting, form the network for all value-added services above the False-ceiling. After which the False-ceiling Design is executed with P.O.P+one coat of paint.
Lighting,Home automation, Home theatre/music teams all collaborate for a smooth working experience whether it’s for cut-outs to fit desired Light fixtures, acoustic material etc.This team also work on the electrical fittings on the parameters of the wall space, so the markings & fitting of Switch plates based on client’s requirements, are all integrated successfully.
Woodwork has already begun in the factory & brought in its 80% state for site fit-outs, here any changes required can be manipulated for perfection. After which the finishing begins.
After the final electrical, lighting fittings are done we start doing the final painting, wallpaper installations & Veneer/ Poly-coating. At this point all devices are checked for any glitches & rectified if any.
A Final deep cleaning is done before we hand over the finished site, as it is a new space which has to evoke Pride, Sophistication, warmth & Design excellence!
HOME SWEET HOME
Now we are ready to handover your Home/Store with Pride & Honour.
At this point, only small changes if really necessary can be done, but we prefer that all changes are communicated at the Design development stage.
We ensure that we earn our Client’s 100% satisfaction with the final transformation, only then we hand over your ‘Key to your Kingdom or Store‘!
