I'm Wenyan Yu, the second year of Master of Architecture at the University of Virginia. I once had short-term internships in HDR inc in Washington, DC and Nikken Sekki in Shanghai. During the internship process, I was exposed to many conceptual design projects that are different from the studios in architecture school, and because of that, I am very interested in the urban design and the updating of cultural buildings in different urban contexts. I have ever worked on a renovation studio of a century-old theater during the exchange program at the Politecnico di Milano, and an Indian market design project in UVa, which are both related to these interests.
