STUDIOGRUBER is an architecture practice dedicated to spatial and material performance: We`re concerned with the effects architecture will have on you - its looks then emerge organically from its organization. The studio is engaged in projects of diverse scales and formats ranging from urban planning to buildings, from exhibitions to printed matter. The studio works at the intersection of disciplines: We believe that Architecture never stands on its own; it engages cultural, social, political and economic forces. Their mutual stimulation is key for both, architecture and society. STUDIOGRUBER originated in New York and was formally founded by Stefan Gruber in Vienna 2006.
