A 200,2000 SFT IT/ITES multi occupancy office building set near the hot humid Kerala, India. The design program required for design flexibility.
The design revolved around a central courtyard like in the Vernacular architecture but wrapped in a modern content. Also since this would be a high density office space the building offered options for the personnel to break out within the building in a weather protected space.
