Contemporary Urban House

If I had to find a word that best defines this composition, this would be to communicate.
The idea of communication was intended to govern first of all the relationship between the main functions of the house: the living space, the hobby room, the kitchen, the dining room, this communication relationship being strengthened by finding a point of convergence, both at a visual level as at a functional relationships level, represented by the location of the pool.
Secondly, we wanted to have a very good communication inside - out and vice versa, this idea being brought to life by using large glass areas, but also by creating a grassy area above the hobby room, area which comes once again to sustain the idea of communication through the external relation of the ground floor and the upstairs one.
