They play ecological role by bringing daylight and fresh air into the central atrium which acts as a natural ventilation chimney.

Unlike other towers(in Frankfurt)the building excecutes a new double reaches up apparently endlessly to the sky .At the same time it lifts nine gardens up into the heights.
