The client intends to rebuild and renovate the new house for a full function of appropriate areas for 3 kids. Architect prefers to maintain the DNA of the old house that was built 20 years ago. Design by re-organizing the interior spaces for the old one and also extend more functions of the annex with a sense of transparency and tranquility of a modern living in the context of Thai-ness as well as research-based design.
