(Google Translation) The project is a study on a holiday home, located in a wooded area on level ground. The simple composition of volumes, featuring a pronounced horizontality, emphasized the terrace ground floor, get strong console, and the materials used to watch a good sign as the house at the site. Wooden elements provide additional warmth construction, robust geometry they farm, the consequence of distrubuirii pragmatic functions. The materials used are environmentally friendly house in 90% gaining a great architectural value. The interior spaces are generous, grouping common functions of a house (living room, kitchen, two bedrooms, etc.), giving them an opening to the nature of the glass surfaces of significant size. Also, the pool offers an air of luxury housing. As a new element, the floor was arranged as a mini-cinema. Total area is 1,000 sqm including basement and external dependencies.
Proiectul reprezinta un studiu asupra unei locuinte de vacanta, amplasata intr-o zona impadurita, pe teren plat.
Prin compozitia simpla a volumelor, prezentand o orizontalitate pronuntata, subliniata de terasa peste parter, iesita puternic in consola, si prin materialele folosite, s-a urmarit o cat mai buna inscriere a casei in sit. Elementele din lemn ofera un plus de “caldura” constructiei, geometria ei robusta, ferma, fiind consecinta distrubuirii pragmatice a functiunilor.
Materialele folosite sunt ecologice in proportie de 90% locuinta capatand o valoare arhitecturala deosebita.
La interior, spatiile sunt generoase, grupand functiunile obisnuite ale unei locuinte (camera de zi, bucatarie, doua dormitoare, etc), oferindu-le o deschidere catre natura prin suprafetele vitrate de dimensiuni considerabile. De asemenea, piscina ofera locuintei un aer de lux. Ca element inedit, la etaj a fost amenajat un mini-cinema.
Suprafata totala este de 1000 mp incluzand subsolul si dependintele exterioare.
