PROJECT BRIEF
The Proposed Green Energy City is a 4.2 hectares world-class mix use residential, commercial, recreational, eco- health tourism development project that is touted to be the flagship eco-health tourism project in the province of Pampanga. The Proposed Green Energy City will have a sprawling Lifestyle Commercial Podium, Inspire Health 300 (a 300 bed smart hospital with stem cell health-care facility) , four low-rise mix use tower buildings with provision for four additional tower buildings in the future, tensile fabric restaurants, events center, clubhouse and a water spa.

The Proposed Green Energy City will have four low- rise towers with a sprawling Lifestyle Commercial Podium that can be done in phases. Tower One will be a for a Lotus Condominium, Tower Two/Three will be for a world-class Lotus Casino Hotel and Serviced Residences, and Tower Four for Lotus BPO offices. All towers shall have scenic elevators, a roof deck restaurant , infinity pool, a gym and spa with a common basement parking. Lifestyle Commercial Podium will feature affordable lifestyle shops lotus-inspired tensile-fabric restaurants on the roof deck serving superb Asian fusion menu with unblocked views of Pampanga countryside. These restaurants will feature Asian chefs that offers an outstanding food and a daily changing menu that features only the freshest, most seasonal local produce and organic ingredients grown on site. There will be al fresco food stalls and dining tables.
All tower buildings will feature art deco structural exoskeleton to counter earthquakes, open-air single-loaded corridors, panoramic elevators and a glass façade for full-view rooms that becomes an impressive giant multimedia LED screen at night.
