The Proposed Inspire City Center is a world-class mix-use development project on a two hectare prime property beside Laguna Lake. Phase One will be the Inspire Health 300, a smart, sustainable and eco-friendly level 3 hospital with a 300-bed capacity aiming to be the best in health issues including cancer, heart health, geriatrics, gynecology, and neurology.Phase Two of Inspire City Center will include the following : 1. a tri-tower five-star casino hotel serviced residential condominium connected at the top by Skypark Garden, a roof deck landscaped garden with a 110 meter long infinity pool and three floating lotus-inspired tensile-fabric Michelin star-rated restaurants, 2. An open-air luxury lifestyle mall defined by multiple viewing decks with commercial stalls, offices, five lotus-inspired tensile-fabric fine dining restaurants, 3.
