At its core, a seed is about designing spaces that evoke emotion and influence people’s moods, contributing to the sustainable and spiritual growth of humanity. The project pushes the boundaries of respecting nature by understanding human nature, creating a place where individuals can perceive harmony with their surroundings, rather than the feeling of entrapment inherited from our prehistoric past.
Every project serves as a manifesto on the human condition, emphasising our ability to restore balance to the earth through sensitive technology and a deep connection with nature’s intelligence. The architecture facilitates balanced transitions, fostering social cohesion and promoting a daily life rooted in mutual respect.
Rezi Dream-Hotel in Vlöre represents, as do all projects, humanity’s transition from childhood to puberty, embarking on a significant phase of evolution filled with opportunities and choices that shape our future on the planet. Although the journey toward mature and conscious living is still long, this stage presents us with pivotal moments for reflection and growth. This work allows us to go beyond superficiality, reflecting the profound significance of architecture and building today, serving as witnesses to the spirit of our time.
The project blends seamlessly with the landscape, becoming an almost imperceptible part of it. Embraced by the surrounding park, it delicately positions itself like a historic citadel, offering a glimpse of the sea and an immersion in the coastal nature of Albania. The connection with the territory is honored and reflected in the choice of materials as well: locally sourced, with tones that harmonize with the surroundings.
