A redesign development of a tourist private company site (named Ibarbo Park) that selling typical Yogyakarta goods located on Jl. Magelang, which has an identity crisis in terms of design, branding and activities, and has hindrance in attracting customers on Jl. Magelang. Apart from that, Ibarbo Park have to responds to market which tend to be young people aged 17-25 years, limited budgets tourist and potentially uses cars and buses to visit and pass by Magelang Street.

Concept:
a concept that uses a human centered design approach which can make designs really focus on what users (tourists) want holistically and solve problems down to their roots. By using this approach, designers can dissect (understanding comprehensively) users specifically from various aspects. The provided solutions not only benefit the user, but also clients (entrepreneurs), nature and the cultural heritage of Yogyakarta.
1. Understanding what users want will have an impact on satisfaction. Customer satisfaction will increase Ibarbo
income
2. More income means more improvements that will enable the company to create economic cycle of sustainability for the system that has been created.
3. Because of the consumer demand of nature, following consumers desire will also helps open new green open spaces in Ibarbo
4. Understanding what Yogyakarta culture consumers like to explore also contributes to popularizing Yogyakarta culture and sustaining the income of Ibarbo

Visitor Characteristic:
1. The average young person is 17-25 years old
2. Likes challenging and interactive things
3. Likes traveling in groups
4. Love to share content by using social media and loves nature
5. Tend to have a limited budget for a vacation because they are college students
6. Very money well spent oriented
7. 99% using banknote method for transaction
8. Known Yogyakarta as a region that culturally rich
9. Usually go to Yogyakarta again if there is an interesting event
10. Cultural tourism is still numerically inferior to nature tourism
11. Based on the meso and macro circulation analysis, the biggest potential attractor is from bus and cars users
