The project is located in Eastleigh, Nairobi. The Eastleigh area is a very densely populated area and high rise flats are being built. The project area is a 6.5 meter by 25 meter plot. The project was designed using the entire land. There are shops on the ground floor and 30 apartments were designed on 15 floors, with 2 apartments on each floor. Since the land is very small and there is such a use in the area, no parking lot was planned. A plan was made on the basis that the tenants who will use the house will walk to and from their homes, which are within walking distance to their workplaces. Tenants who will use Uber to meet their vehicle needs when they are going to go to more distant places prefer such a use in the area in order to live close to their workplaces. Instead of opening rectangular windows like in classic apartment buildings on the 48-meter-high and 6-meter-wide facade, a circular design covering 2 floors was preferred. The directionless shape of the circle in the facade design turned into an element emphasizing verticality as it repeated upwards. The structure was completed with arches of the same geometry instead of circles on the ground floor and the second floor, and the entrance on the ground floor and the last floor of the building gained a unique entrance. The kitchen and one bedroom were given access to light and natural air by creating a vertical shaft on the narrow facade. Designed for low-income tenants, the building was designed in the most aesthetic and functional way by using the maximum floor area.
